Stories and Voices That Move the World Forward.
What does it really take to build a billion-dollar company — and do you actually need venture capital to do it?

Susana Fuertes
My journey has always been about understanding people—and creating connections between them.
With a background in psychology, marketing, and research design, I became interested in the forces that influence how people see themselves, make decisions, find their voice, and build something of their own.
My research took me to Bahrain as a U.S. Fulbright Independent Research Scholar, where I explored women and youth entrepreneurship and the cultural and psychological dimensions of entrepreneurial motivation, identity, and resilience.
Those experiences reinforced something I had already begun to see:
Entrepreneurship is never just about the business.
It is about people.
Their stories.
Their environments.
Their communities.
Their access to knowledge.
And the ecosystems around them.
ForwardPreneurs grew from that belief.
Today, the platform creates conversations between entrepreneurs, students, researchers, universities, and ecosystem builders across cultures and borders.
My goal is simple:
Build bridges. Amplify voices. Share knowledge. Move ideas forward.
